The extensive energy efficiency features of this home means the buyer can expect to see much lower utility bills than for comparable properties. There are some other great benefits too - including federal tax credits and a discounted mortgage.
The buyer will have the benefit of a federal tax credit on the home up to $1500. Several products in the home potentially meet the requirements for the energy-efficiency tax credit introduced by the U.S. Government in February such as the tankless water heater, insulation, and reflective roofing tiles. The builder will provide the homeowner with the necessary documentation. Then buyers can work with a qualified tax professional to determine eligibility and apply for the tax credit after closing.

You can review the details on which LEED certification points the home has earned to date at the following link. Document updates will be made regularly, or contact the listing agent Laura Stukel for more information.

Front room shown as Dining Room

Front room shown as Living Room
One of the great features of this home is that the floorplan offers so much flexibility. For example, the front room could serve either as a Living Room or formal Dining Room. But when you visit the home it can be hard to envision which way to go.
Digital staging of the room gives you the chance to see it as a Dining Room and then…presto chango…as a Living Room! The room as is without staging is shown below. Come visit the home to see 8×10 photos of each staging option in the actual room.
